Kirkwood Man Arrested on Child Molestation Charges

The Kirkwood Police Department arrested a 27-year-old Kirkwood man on charges of second-degree child molestation and furnishing intoxicating liquor to a minor on Tuesday.

The incident occurred in January at the home of the man, who works as a teacher at Troy Buchanan High School in Lincoln County. The incident involved the man and juvenile, according to police.

The case will be presented to the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office for review. No further information will be released concerning the investigation until the prosecuting attorney's office reviews the case, police said.
