Why I'm Ashamed to Work Out in Kirkwood

As I begin to contemplate a workout routine, I find myself intimidated by my North Taylor neighbors.

Kirkwood Patch food writer Laura Hazan has been gracious enough to let us . Sad to say, it's a journey I haven't taken in a long time.

A daily 3-mile walk with my Labrador mix down North Taylor Avenue is as much of a workout as I've gotten in I can't remember how long.

Of course I'm always shamed by the constant stream of runners my dog and I encounter, and then, when we stop at for a drink and I see my fellow Kirkwoodians hitting the tread mill with everything they got at the , I feel really bad about my lack of daily athleticism.
