Big Ride Reception: June 26 in Missoula, Montana

Time to cool off, be recognized and enjoy a cool treat.

On Tuesday, June 26, the riders will enjoy their third day off on a journey that departed Seattle June 18.

The entire ride team will be honored at Missoula's Clean Air Celebration at Big Dipper Ice, Missoula, MT. The celebration is being hosted by the American Lung Association in Montana.

Participants include Renee Klein, president/CEO of the American Lung Association of the Mountain Pacific Region; Mayor John Engen of Missoula, Steve Lindbeck, a Big Ride participant and CEO/General Manager of Alaska Public Broadcasting and Curtis Noonan, a professor at the University of Montana Department of Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Sciences.

The riders will not leave the lengthy state of Montana until July 3 until they cross the border into Sheridan, Wyoming.
