Local University City rapper Vega Heartbreak will perform the Go Cardinals rally song at 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. at a pre-game rally in Kiener Plaza.
The event includes live music by Brad Young, free hot dogs and drawins for free tickets to game 1 of the World Series, Cardinals against the texas Rangers.
