The $2.1 million dollar bridge project at Delmar and I-170 was dedicated today. Officials who took part in the ceremonies included County Executive Charlie Dooley; University City Mayor Shelley Welsch, State Rep. Rory Ehlinger and Olivette Mayor Jean Antoine among others.
