Gobble, Gobble, Happy Thanksgiving to Everyone in Ladue and Frontenac

You know, I was looking around for a suitable Thanksgiving greeting card and nothing seemed appropriate.

So, once again, I will issue my thanks to all electronically in Ladue and Frontenac. I hope everyone enjoys the time off and a festive meal with their dearest family and friends.

Ladue Mayor Tony Bommarito--an award for all the beautification projects in the city and a tenant for Busch's Grove.

Gus Frerotte, John Burroughs--A Show-Me Bowl title for the Bombers.

Josh Smith, MICDS--A Show-Me Bowl title for the Rams and a 15-0 season.

Anita Reznicek, St. Joe--Big crowds at your Turkey Day weekend basketball gathering.

Marsha Chappelow, Ladue--Passage of the 49 cent tax Levy this spring.

Lisa Lyle, MICDS--heavy construction equipment to break ground on the new Science-Math Center.

Andy Abbott--John Burroughs, Ground breaking on a new athletic/performing arts’ center.

Sister Lucie Nordmann, Villa Duchesne, Oak Hill--Recognition for all the joy you bring to the children and young ladies at your schools.

Morgan Mullenix, Villa--A state sprint swim championship.

Julie Matheny, St. Joe--Top prize in the state basketball tournament.

Morgan, Maddie Stock, St. Joe--Lots of fun at Mizzou.

Don Goble, Ladue--more video students to go out and set the world  on fire.

Maddie Wall and Etinosa Ogbevoen, Ladue--Swim titles for the Eudals.

Shriners Chief of Staff Dr. Perry Schoenecker--A thank you from the community for all the great work your staff performs for children.

Stan Musial,Cardinals--A year of great health, and to Lil too.

Bill Dewitt, III, Cardinals--Still another World Series championship.

Scott Small, MICDS--Time to coach the Rams girls hoops team and be the principal too.

Chief Rich Wooten, Ladue--less speeders along Clayton Road.

Chief Tom Becker, Frontenac--less speeders along Clayton Road.

Firefighters Eric Hall and Chris Buchmeier, Frontenac--a steak to heal any wounds from boxing at Guns and Hoses.

Sydney Lehmann, John Burroughs--A spot on the Aces’ tennis team some day.
