According to an email by the City of Frontenac, Spoede Road at Clayton Road reopened Friday morning. The water main break at Spoede Road at Clayton Road has been repaired and the road reopened. PREVIOUS STORY:The Frontenac Police Department is warning drivers that a water main break has shut down Spoede and Clayton roads in Frontenac. According to an alert issued by the city, Spoede and Clayton roads are closed in both directions due to the break.   The most recent information from the city Thursday evening says Missouri American Water is working on the pavement breach, but Spoede Road is closed at Clayton Road until further notice. Drivers are being advised to use other routes. Check back to Patch for updates.
