32-Inch Tevevision Walks Out of Maplewood Commons Business

April 16
A 30-year-old man was arrested for the suspected shoplifting of a 32-inch television from a Maplewood Commons Business.

An officer stopped a 20-year-old male driver on Maplewood Commons Drive. When the officer checked his computer he discovered the driver’s license was revoked. The officer also discovered marijuana in the car.

Unknown suspect(s) entered a vacant apartment in the 2500 block of South Big Bend and attempted to steal copper piping. This caused significant water damage to several units in the building.
Multiple vehicles were broken into between the hours of 6 p.m. on April 19 and 5:45 a.m. on April 20 in the 2100 block of Bellevue Avenue, the 7200 block of Gayola Place, and the 7200 block of South Street. The suspect(s) damaged door locks and entered several of the vehicles. A laptop computer and an ipod were reported stolen from two of the vehicles.Â
 April 20
A Harley Davidson motorcycle was reported stolen from the area of Drury Lane and Manhattan Avenue.
 April 21
A car parked in the 2800 block of Laclede Station Road was damaged overnight on the driver side door and front fender. A suspect is wanted in the damage for hit and run.
