Avoid Marietta Avenue This Week

The street that runs along the south border of the Marietta parking lot will be full of trucks this week.

Residents of Marietta Avenue in got notices on Tuesday that their driveways will be inaccessible for 7 to 10 business days.

The south side of Marietta will be torn up and replaced with concrete, just as the north side was earlier this month.

The north side is now finished and open for traffic, but it's one-way, and any cars  have to share it with dump trucks during work hours. If you're going that way to avoid traffic on Manchester you might be sorry.

Entrances to the Marietta parking lot remain open during the work.
