Maplewood Criterium Races Through Sunnen, Down Flora

Each bike team in the St. Louis area sponsors a race during the year, and on Sunday the team from , in Richmond Heights, took its turn.

It was an eighth of a mile course, and each race went for a set time. A motorcycle and rider from led the way for each race.

Even though the race came together relatively quickly, the neighbors along Flora Avenue were on board with it. Erin Smith said the signs announceing no parking on one side of the stree went up on Wednesday.
