ALIVE Magazine named Maplewood among the "most livable neighborhoods" in St. Louis--and are you surprised?

"In recent years, Maplewood has become a bastion of fine food, with a number of award-winning restaurants opening up downtown. And as the home of Schlafly Bottleworks, it has also become one of the hubs of St. Louis' thriving microbrew scene," writes Matt Sorrell.

The feature highlights trusted breakfast spots (Foundation Grounds and Stone Spiral), and its unique batch of shops: Vom Fass, St. Louis Cellars, Pie Oh My and Kakao Chocolate, to name a few.
