3+ Years On Market for Maplewood's Cambridge Commons

A realtor says they've been on the market so long they no longer qualify as "new."

Realtor John Williams, in The St. Louis Beacon, said the six townhomes in the Cambridge Commons are now marketed as "never lived in," they've been on the market for so long.

Williams said in the Beacon that he expects the remaining units to sell to within six weeks to two months.
