Menards Will Be Built: It's Unanimous

The home improvement store should be open in 2015.

The Richmond Heights City Council gave final approval Monday for the 17-acre site just north of WalMart, in Maplewood, to be the new home of a Menards home improvement store, the St. Louis Business Journal reports. The vote was unanimous.

Last month the city council approved $15 million in tax increment financing. Developers plan on the store opening in 2015.
