Morning Exchange: Development of Proposed Drury Hotel Remains Up in the Air

Talks between Drury Hotels and MoDot for a proposed new hotel off of Brentwood Boulevard have come to a standstill.  At issue?  Land value of two MoDot-owned land parcels Drury wants to buy for the development.  We take a look into the matter today.
