New Maplewood Coffee to be Sourced Internationally, Roasted In-Store
Fresh roasted coffee and fresh baked bread will be available in one store in Maplewood.

The coffee business now part of the Great Harvest Bakery in Olivette will move with the bakery when it relocates to Maplewood.
The bakery's owner, Steve Jawor, only needs to finalize the lease agreement for the space at 7415 Manchester Road.
The bakery would move in the beginning of 2013.

The coffee business, La Cosecha, was founded in 2006 by Jamie Jeschke and Gio Sparks.
Feast Magazine reported they import free trade coffees from all over the world.

“We want to create an experience where we can connect the consumer with the farmer and allow them to enjoy these quality products,” Jeschke says. La Cosecha sources coffees with an emphasis on both fair trade and high quality. Beans are roasted to order and each bag is dated, and sealed with a one-way degassing valve to ensure maximum freshness."
