Sports Attic Future is a Mystery
The real estate agent with the listing is as much in the dark as anyone.

The remains of the were hauled away this week, but no one in an official capacity seems to know the future of the property.
Brentwood city administrator Bola Akande and planner Ellen Rottjakob responded by email that no plans have been submitted to the city.
Though owner Joe Droege has answered his phone in the past, he didn’t on Wednesday or Thursday of this week.

The property has been for sale through Commercial Realty Advisors of America since before the fire, and listing agent Ron Kramer said the price ($895,000) hasn't changed since then.
He said he doesn’t know if Droege wants to rebuild or sell.

“Whatever they do, I want to still keep my foot in the door,” Kramer said. “I intentionally haven't canceled my listing, and he hasn't asked my to cancel it, so we're just waiting for what ultimately will happen, and I don't know what that's going to be.”
