Vacant Home on Yale Avenue Targeted by Copper Thieves

Monday, Oct. 3

At 12:56 p.m., a home window was broken in the 2800 block of Oakland Avenue. The victim's car was also egged.

At 9:18 p.m., a third-degree assault was reported in an apartment in the 2800 block of Laclede Station Road.

At 1:03 p.m., a home window was broken in the 3700 block of Greenwood Boulevard. Police records show an arrest was made.

At 6:05 p.m., three sets of hair clippers were reported stolen from a Maplewood Commons business.

Thursday, Oct. 6

At 1:44 a.m., a drug arrest was made in an apartment parking lot in the 2800 block of Laclede Station Road.

Friday, Oct. 7

At 2:55 p.m., two sets of pots and pans were reported stolen from a Maplewood Commons business. Police records show an arrest was made.

Saturday, Oct. 8

At 1:05 p.m., a license plate was reported stolen from a car parked in the 7300 block of Elm Avenue.

Sunday, Oct. 9

At 2:15 p.m., copper piping was reported stolen from a vacant home in the 2100 block of Yale Avenue. The rear door was forced open and broken.

Monday, Oct. 10

At 7:31 p.m., several packs of razors were reported stolen from a Maplewood Commons business.
