What's Open, Closed for Veterans Day?

Brentwood City Hall is closed, Maplewood City Hall is open, and there will be a rededication of a plaque at The Heights.

In honor of Veterans Day, all post office locations and most banks are closed on Monday. Here are some other openings and closings:

Brentwood

  • Brentwood City Hall and the Recreation Center is closed on Monday.
  • Brentwood Ice Rink is open for a public session from 4:15 - 5:45 p.m. on Sunday.
  • Trash collection will function as normal.
  • The annual Brentwood Veterans Day Celebration is on Sunday, Nov. 11, at 2 p.m. at Brentwood City Hall. 

Maplewood

  • All city offices will function as normal.

Veterans Memorial Dedication at The Heights on Nov. 11, at 1 p.m.

  • The Veterans Memorial Committee, along with local veterans, will rededicate a plaque honoring six Richmond Heights soldiers who died in World War I.
