“I wanted to improve it, so I did,” Christian said. “It took me a while to plan it. I came up with a landscape plan on how it should be.”
Christian and 12 other scouts from Troop 661 removed the old landscaping from the front of the building and replaced it with new plants and mulch. They also put in a new path around the flagpole.
