Chicago Woman Charged in AT&T Store Robbery
Kierra Baker is in custody with a $50,000 cash only bond related to the robbery. Police say she used a fake name, Lakeshia Hudson, to avoid being charged.

The St. Louis county prosecuting attorney’s office has charged Kierra Baker with first degree robbery in connection to the robbery of a Mehlville area AT&T store robbery.
Police say Baker initially used a fake name, Lakeshia Hudson, in hopes of avoiding prosecution.
The robbery occurred last week when two men entered the store, forced employees into the back of the store and tied them up.
Then two men proceeded to take an unspecified about of items and ran from the building.
They ran off in a car police believe Baker, a 22-year-old Chicago area native, was driving.

Illinois State Police spotted the car near I-55 and highway 157, and the two men escaped on foot.
Baker drove off but was caught later after she tossed the stolen items into a wooded area and took time to cool off in an area dentist office.

Baker, from Carpentersville a suburb outside Chicago, is custody with a $50,000 cash only bond related to the robbery.
She is also facing charges in Madison County, Ill. Her bond on those charges is $200,000 cash only bond, as well.
