Nazareth Living Center Adding Independent Living Homes

broke ground on its new independent living homes July 25 and completion is expected by the summer of 2013.

The apartments will be available for seniors and include kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer.

The nonprofit, Catholic facility on Ringer Road offers assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. It will add the independent living homes as a three-story building on its 16-acre campus.

“With this expansion of services, our campus will provide a full continuum of service, from independent living apartments through nursing services,” said Lu Westhoff, Administrator of Nazareth Living Center in a release. “Our goal is to position NLC to provide high quality care on a campus that supports families and the individual aging in place.”
