Oakville Firefighter Saves Woman in St. Charles Fire

Aaron Burlingame, an Oakville firefighter that works in the St. Charles Fire Department, saved a woman's life on Saturday. 

Jackie Hamilton was stuck in the second floor hallway of her apartment and couldn't see through the smoke and flames. 

Burlingame, along with fellow firefighter Jeff Twyman, could hear her cries. They located Hamilton and got her out of the building. 

"I feel like I'm being watched over," Hamilton told Fox2News.

She got to thank the firefighters in person on Wednesday, who said they were just doing their jobs.
