Open Homicide Case Looking for Tips

CrimeStoppers released the following information about a 2008 homicide.

The following homicide occurred in Lemay and is still an open case. CrimeStoppers released the information hoping to receive tips.

On June 2, 2008, Tony LaChance was walking on the 400 block of Hoffmeister Avenue when a man in a Ford Explorer pulled over and shot him twice.

The man returned to the car after shooting him one more time. The victim’s body was found the next morning. Witnesses told police they saw a 1990s Chevrolet Trailblazer driving down Largo Street twice the week before LaChance was murdered.

Video surveillance recorded the suspect as thin to medium build with dark hair wearing an oversized hoodie and baggy pants.
