FZN Panther Players recognized at state thespian conference!
FZN scores high marks at conference.

The FZN Thespian Troupe 5140 had an impressive showing at the Missouri State Conference last weekend.
Maddy Dorey and Reilly Smith opened the conference on a high note by participating in the All State Opening Number.
The FZN Tech design team of Hailey Deptula and Elisha Butryn completed makeup designs for the play “Frankenstein” within their two hour time limit and received positive feedback.

The Improv Intensive team of Ethan Simon, Elaney Reed, Olivia Jacquin, Tenchi Bodkin and McKenzie Nelson received an Excellent rating.
McKenzie Nelson received an Excellent rating for her Solo Musical entry.

Makenna Tilley brought home a Superior rating in Theatre Marketing.
McKenzie Nelson attended the senior scholarship auditions and received nine college callbacks!
The FZN Tech Challenge team of Kevin Wells, Reilly Smith, Emge and Alayna Kruse brought home second place in Cable Relay, third place in Prop Shift, first place in Leg a Platform, and the team took overall second place!
At the end of the conference, Reilly Smith was officially named a Student State Thespian Officer, and will be instrumental in planning the 2023 Missouri Conference.
In addition to these individual accomplishments, Troupe 5140 was again named an Honor Troupe for outstanding dedication to the theatre arts and community service!
The FZN Panther Players are under the direction of Theresa Nigus. Nigus is assisted by Stacy Harris and Lori O'Leary.
The Players next production, "Dearly Beloved" is set run from February 10 - 12.
