The start of the winter athletic season for the state of Missouri is set to begin on Monday, November 4th. In order to participate in a sport at FZN the student-athlete must have a MSHSAA physical and pre-participation form on file with the school's Activities Office.

All paperwork needs to be submitted through our registration page. Physicals are good for two years, unless otherwise noted by the doctor. Coaches will have a list of students who have a current physical on file.
Students cannot try out if a physical is not on file. The items that need to be completed on the registration page are below.
Physical - You will only upload the MSHSAA Medical Eligibility Form (pg. 5)
Annual Paperwork - These questions will be answered as you complete the registration forms
CAPS Form - Located at the top of the registration page
Please go to www.fznpanthers.com to complete registration. We are asking that this is completed by August 5th to ensure our coaches of the most up to date physical list on the 12th.
Our Fall CAPS meeting is Wednesday, November 13th, at 6:00 pm in our Cafeteria. This meeting is for all athletes participating in a sport in the sport for the first time at FZN. At least one parent/guardian should also attend. Returning athletes can fill out the CAPS Form online and do not need to attend the meeting.
