Man Charged with Two Burglaries in O'Fallon

Total value of items stolen in burglaries is $34,000.

The St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney’s office filed charges Friday against a St. Louis County man for two burglaries in O’Fallon.

Justin Sherrard, 21, of the 12800 block of Vista Ridge Lane in North St. Louis County is accused of burglarizing two O’Fallon homes in 2011.

According to an report, Sherrard broke into a home in the 800 block of Carolyn Jean Drive on May 31 and stole a television, jewelry, a laptop computer and cash with a total value of $27,850.

The report also says on Aug. 1, he stole televisions, a laptop computer, digital camera, an iPhone and jewelry with a $6,186 total value from a home on Bluffbrook Court.

Sherrard also faces burglary and receiving stolen property charges for incidents in St. Peters.
