O'Fallon Man Assaulted Girlfriend, Told Her to Get Abortion, Police Say
O'Fallon Police said when his girlfriend tried to leave, Ryan Reeves damaged her car by jumping on the trunk and followed her to the police station.

An O’Fallon man is accused of slamming his girlfriend’s head into furniture and jumping on her car when she tried to get away from him.
Ryan Timothy Reeves, 26, of the 200 block of Casalon Drive in O’Fallon, was charged June 18 with third-degree domestic assault and second-degree property damage.
O’Fallon Police said Reeves and his girlfriend argued June 17 at their home when he became enraged and threw items, including her cell phone, against the wall. Police said Reeves then covered the woman’s head with a pillow and slammed her head repeatedly against a hard area on the couch.

According to the police report, Reeves told his girlfriend if she does not get an abortion, he will stomp on her stomach with his cowboy boots.
When the woman tried to leave later, he threw an object at her and chased her out of the apartment. She got in her car and Reeves jumped on the trunk, damaging the lid and breaking the antenna.

He then got in his vehicle and followed her to the O’Fallon Police station.
Reeves is being held in St. Charles County jail. Bail was set at $10,000, cash only.
