Porter to play volleyball for Truman State!
FZN Senior Lily Porter to continue her volleyball career.

FZN Senior Lilly Porter recently signed a “Letter of Intent” to attend Truman State University, located in Kirksville, MO, where she will play volleyball for the Bulldogs.
Porter was a three-year starter for the Panthers, earning “All-Conference” honors in both her junior and senior seasons. Additionally, Porter is an accomplished club volleyball player with a wealth of experience, having played the sport since the age of nine. While playing for the B-55 volleyball program, Porter and her teammate qualified for the national volleyball tournament. Currently, Porter plays for the highly regarded Crossfire volleyball club. In addition to her prowess on the court, Porter is a stand-out in the classroom where she sports an impressive 4.244 GPA. For her efforts, Porter has been placed on the conference “All-Academic” team three times.
Truman State University is an NCAA Division 2-member school that participates in athletics as a member of the Great Lakes Valley Conference. Porter’s older sister, Abby, currently attends Truman. That, along with the coaching staff and team atmosphere, influenced Porter’s decision. She plans on majoring in Sports Management.
