
The FZN girls tennis team recently wrapped up the regular season portion of their season, a season that has seen the team break several school records. Last week, the team completed a perfect season in GAC North/Central play. Finishing with a 7 – 0 conference record, the Panthers captured just their second conference title in school history. Additionally, the team broke the school mark for most wins in a single season with 15 wins. Currently the Panthers sport an impressive 15 – 2 overall record.
On Monday and Tuesday, the Panthers, aka “The Court Cats,” took home a number of medals at the conference tournament. The Panthers brought home a total of 12 medals, which is also a new school record.

Beginning on Thursday and continuing into Friday, the Panthers will compete in the individual district tournament to be held at Lafayette High School in Wildwood. On Monday, the Panthers will host Francis Howell Central in the first round of team districts.
