2 New Homes Make Tonight's Olivette Planning & Community Design Agenda

Olivette Planning & Community Design Commissioners will review on the consent agenda, proposals for two single family homes. They are at 701 Cherry Tree Lane, and 11 Glenmary Road.

A two level home is being proposed by Dufman Properties, LLC for Michele Doering and a two level home by Jeffrey Homes, LLC for Jeffrey Bernstein.

Under new business, there will be discussion of a driveway setback variance for 29 Enfield Road and a 1,00 square foot addition for vehicle storage at 1278 Warson Road.

The petitioner for Enfield Road is Christopher Haffenreffer and the petitioner for North Warson Road is Larry Dalton. The meeting will be held at Olivette City Hall at 7 p.m.
