All City Garage Sale Set For Sunday

Sunday is your chance to see if someone else's trash ends up being your treasure. 

The City of Olivette Parks & Recreation Department and the Community & Cultural Events Commission are presenting an "All Olivette Garage Sale".

The city is waiving the usual fees which normally come with holding a garage sale. This year, Stacy Park is also being used as a place residents can come and sell their unwanted wares. The registration deadline to sell in either venue form came and went on August 20.

A total of 14 people have registered to sell at Stacy Park, while 65 people will hold their own sales. A map of homes included in the sale can be picked up at Stacy Park beginning Sunday at 8:30 a.m. The event lasts until 4 p.m.
