The City of Olivette Department of Public Services is accepting applications for the position of Building Inspector. The Building Inspector position is responsible for application and enforcement all applicable building, construction, and development codes and regulations as adopted by the City of Olivette.

(Qualifications include) knowledge of: complex principles and techniques of building inspection; principles of structural design and engineering mathematics; residential and commercial construction, materials and methods of construction; safety standards and methods of building construction for commercial, industrial and residential buildings; and pertinent federal, state and local laws, codes and regulations related to building construction.
