As part of Alzheimer’s Awareness Month, local author Norris Lee Roberts, Jr., will be reading from his new book Mama Is Still Here. The event will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 19.
Following his mother’s diagnosis with Alzheimer’s in 2008, Roberts began writing an inspirational guide for individuals faced with a similar situation.
Copies of the book will be available for purchase and signing after the event.

This event will take place in the Library’s auditorium. Refreshments will be served, and there is no charge for admission.
