The City of Olivette just released the following details of this month's event in a news release.Β
This yearβs sponsors and vendors will feature neighborhood favorites along and popular regional contributors. The major backers for this yearβs festival include BNI-Chesterfield, Dobbs, and Murphy Co.
βThis festival is an opportunity to celebrate our community, and our sponsors are such vital contributors to the region,β said Paul Brennan, Co-Chairman of Olivette on the Go. βWe would not be able to have such a successful event without their support.β
This yearβs festival features a wide variety of dining options. Local favorites including Sugarfire BBQ, Talaynaβs, and Fallonβs Bar and Grill, will be selling food throughout the weekend. Other regional vendors include Candicciβs and Tropical Snow.
Two food trucks, Shellβs Coastal Cuisine and Lβecole Culinaireβs Le Food Truck, will be at the festival on Sunday September 29th to provide a wide variety of options for festival goers.
βIt is important to us to share this aspect of our community through providing local favorites,β says Brennan.
Olivette on the Go is a highly anticipated family-friendly festival that celebrates the community of Olivette and brings people together from all over the region.
The festival will be featuring a talent contest, performances by Kim Massie and Jakeβs Leg, a 5K run and a Fun Run, the Classic Chilli Cook-Off, and a car show.
