Pocket Knife Reportedly Found in Student's Backpack

According to KSDK.com, police were called to Logos School in Olivette Thursday morning after a pocket knife was found in a student's backpack.

A student at the school reportedly overheard a conversation between two other students about the pocket knife and then told a teacher, KSDK reports.

According to the article, the male student with the pocket knife was called into the principal's office and surrendered it without incident. He reportedly said he forgot the pocket knife was in his backpack.

KSDK's report cites the school website and describes Logos School is an independent, alternative therapeutic middle and high school that educates at-risk students.
