St. Charles School District Seeks Volunteers for Superintendent Selection Committee

The St. Charles Board of Education is looking for input from parents and members of the community into the finalists for Superintendent.

Three separate committees will be formed to interview all finalists and then provide input to the Board about each candidate. One such committee will be composed of parents and members of the community. Anyone interested in serving as a member of this committee should contact Ms. Susie Lewis no later than Wednesday, September 21, 2011. Committees will not be asked to rank the candidates nor will they be asked to identify a preferred candidate. Once the Board has reviewed the perceptions from all three committees, the Board will conduct final interviews and take appropriate steps to select the next Superintendent no later than the regular Board meeting on Nov. 10, 2011.
