Daily Dose: Did You Pay Your Property Taxes?

• Monday was the last day to get your real estate and personal property taxes paid, Fox2 reminded folks.

• was back in session yesterday. Check out the schedule for the Lindenwood's spring 2012 film series which will start back up Jan. 27 with a showing of Assassins and Seven Samurai on Jan. 28. The films are shown in Young Auditorium. Admission is $5 for the general public. Also, Lindenwood University men's basketball team won big against Northeastern State on Saturday. • According to our friends at the Riverfront Times, City Attorney Mike Valenti dropped the charges against two people who were charged with soliciting without a permit last week. The pair were gathering signatures for a ballot initiative petition to legalize marijuana, the story said.
