Hike Broemmelsiek Park

Get outdoors and experience an adventure hiking through St. Charles County Parks, exploring the vast natural surface trails with a group of outdoor enthusiasts.  Partnering with Backwoods, the local adventure apparel store, the St. Charles County Parks Department presents the St. Charles County Hiking Series, which begins in February and continues through April.

Learn about rich park history, while hiking through scenic areas of the parks. Each hike is scheduled to begin at approximately 9:45 a.m. April 21 at Broemmelsiek Park, 1615 Schwede Road at Highway DD (Winghaven Blvd.), just south of O’Fallon.

Take a three mile hike through the 494-acre park, which records date settlement of the area to the late 1700s.
