Kids can come out in costume for the New Town Spooktacular from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 27. A kids parade around the amphitheater will be followed by trick-or-treating at shops marked "Candy Stop."
Glen Mark Farms will host a chili cookoff from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. with music from Rhythm Music Studio.
