Cold and flu season has been hard on my children this year. I feel like every time I turn around one of my children are sick and then it spreads like wildfire throughout the family. I know kids will get sick, it is just a part of life, but this year seems harsher than other years. What are you doing to help keep your children and family healthy and well?
