Claude D. Brooks, 42, was charged with second degree robbery on Friday. His address was unknown, according to a press release from St. Charles Police Department.
St. Charles Police apprehended Brooks soon after a Regions Bank on Elm Street in St. Charles was robbed on Wednesday.
Bond was set at $100,000.
