Man Found Guilty of Molesting Child in St. Charles

Richard Allen Williams, charged with felonies relating to sexual contact with a child under age 12, was found guilty on all counts by a St. Charles County jury.

A North St. Louis County man charged with felonies relating to sexual contact with a child under age 12 was found guilty on all counts by a St. Charles County jury. 

of two counts of statutory sodomy in the 1st degree against a child under twelve years old, one count of child molestation in the 1st degree, one count of sexual misconduct involving a child and one count of endangering the welfare of a child in the 1st degree.

According to a St. Charles Police report, the incidents took place in St. Charles between Oct. 28, 2010 and Oct. 31, 2011. The report states the man knew the child’s grandmother.

Sentencing is scheduled for June 5, 2013, before the Judge Nancy Schneider.
