Stealing <ul><li>Prescription medication was taken from a homeless person at Harry S Truman Boulevard on May 19. </li><li>Attempted stealing from Walmart. Subject abandoned the cart of stolen items at the front door upon confrontation and left the scene. </li><li>On Monday May 20 unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked vehicle in the 1400 block of North Fifth.
