Police: Panty Thief Busted
The following information was supplied by the St. Charles Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Stealing
- A shoplifter was taken into custody for stealing female underwear on March 22 at Bass Pro Drive.
- A subject attempted to steal from an unlocked vehicle at Santa Anna Street, nothing stolen.
Property Damage
- An unknown subject driving a dually-type truck struck the gate at the Skate Park and broke the support pole in half and damaged the gate.
- Unknown subjects entered property by cutting fence on northwest side of property. Once on premise, the two subjects entered four storage lockers, two campers, two boats and a utility trailer. Suspect vehicle was observed by owner of property. Described as a red Jeep Cherokee.

- Police responded to a report of domestic disturbance in parking garage of 1 Ameristar on March 22.
Fraudulent Use Of A Credit Device
- The victim's debit card was fraudulently used at a Sam's Club in Georgia. The card was used to rack up charges of $940.

- Police responded to a loud music complaint in the 2900 block of Trails of Sunbrook on March 23. Three subjects were arrested for noise violation and MIP.
