Police: Two Caught Peeing in Public
The following information was supplied by the St. Charles Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Urinating In Public
- A subject was caught urinating in public during Entertainment District Patrol on March 29.
- Subject was caught urinating behind the building in the 100 block of N. Main St.
Stealing
- Clothes, goods and legal drugs, valued at $410, were stolen from a car on March 28 at Peggy Place.
- A 17-year-old shoplifter was arrested in the 2800 block of Veterans Memorial Parkway for stealing $30 worth of merchandise. The items taken were headphones and socks.
- Gas was stolen at a Circle K on Elm Street on March 28.
- A roommate brought an offender over for the evening. The next day, the victim noticed Zanex missing and the offender was gone.
Fraudulent Use of a Credit Device

- A victim used a debit card at a Schnucks store, and was later notified of fraudulent charges of $72 to her account.
- A subject used a stolen credit card at various area Walgreen stores and purchased gift cards with it.
- A subject's debit card was fraudulently used at a Walmart in Ohio.
- A credit card was used to make fraudulent purchases totaling $408.54.
Identity Theft
- The victim's credit card number was stolen and used to make purchases.
