Police Blotter: Truck Stolen from Parking Lot Near Tucanos Brazilian Restaurant

Property Damage
- A window, valued at $250, was broken out of vehicle at Ameristar Blvd on March 9. The only stolen item from the vehicle was the owner's manual.
- A prisoner inside a jail cell caused damage to a sprinkler head resulting in the cell flooding. Prisoners were unharmed.

- A vehicle was stolen from the parking lot next to Tucanos Brazilian Restaurant. The vehicle, a 2006 Ford F350, was valued at $25,000 and contained assorted tools worth $120. The truck was taken on March 9.
Stealing
- An Apple iPhone 4, valued at $500, was stolen at Bass Pro Drive on March 9.
Burglary

- Unknown person(s) pried and bent the window screen frame to a trailer at Baden Street on March 9, but did not make entry.
Assault 3rd
- A subject assaulted an Ameristar Employee after the subject was told to stop urinating in the parking garage on March 10.
- Police responded to a domestic assault in the Ameristar parking garage on March 10. The male half fled.
Driving While Intoxicated
- A subject was arrested for a DWI at Jefferson Street and N. Benton Avenue on March 10. The subject was also cited for careless and imprudent driving, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance-marijuana.
- A subject was arrested for DWI and other related charges after backing into another vehicle on Main Street on March 10. The passenger was arrested for an open container and interfering.
Littering
A subject's residence at Lee Drive was t-peed, egged, and shaving cream was used to write on the garage door on March 10. There was no damage.
