Driving While Intoxicated
- Police responded to a report of a man who fell asleep at the wheel while in the drive-through lane of an establishment on Droste Road around 1:25 a.m. June 17. The person was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

- Police arrested three people for fighting in public in the parking lot of Sidepockets on June 16 around midnight. A fourth person was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
- Two women were involved in a fight in the parking lot of the Police Department during a custody exchange. The women, the mother and the ex-boyfriend's new wife, mutually assaulted one another on June 18.
Stealing
- A 28-year old woman reported a lawn ornament was stolen from a home on Simeon Bunker Street. The incident was reported around 5:21 a.m. June 16.
- A 45-year-old woman reportedly sent $1,200 through Western Union to an unknown person in Madrid, Spain, after receiving a fraudulent check for $1,900 from a group called "America's Retail Marketing Group."
- A 51-year-old woman reported her son stole jewelry from her house and sold it at a pawn shop for cash between June 14 and 16.
- A subwoofer, amplifier, CDs and money were stolen from a car parked on Olive Street between midnight and 10:15 a.m. June 17.
- A 2006 Pontiac G6 was reportedly stolen from a home at Carlton Valley Court on June 19.

- A car parked on North Second Street between midnight and 11 a.m. June 17 was rummaged through and the tires punctured.
- The side window of a car was broken out while it was parked on Ken Drive between 1:15 and 1:25 a.m. June 19.
Burglary
- Someone entered the rear second-story window of a home on Gallaher Avenue and stole a laptop computer, valued at $1,000 sometime between 3 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. June 17.
- A 52-year-old woman reported two people tried to force entry into her home on North Duchesne Drive through a rear bedroom window. When she came to the backdoor, the suspects ran off. The incident happened around 8 a.m. June 18.
- An attempted burglary was reported on No. 12 Green Drive in St. Charles around 2:30 p.m. June 18. A sliding-glass door of a house on Eagle Forest Drive was smashed between midnight and 4 p.m. June 18. A flat screen TV and an Xbox were stolen.
- Property damage and burglary were reported from a home in the 300 block of Karen Street between 7:10 a.m. and 4 p.m. June 18.
- Burglary and property damage were reported in the 300 block of Chauncey Street in St. Charles between 6 p.m. June 18 and 4:15 p.m. June 19.
Child Molestation
- Police investigated a report of child molestation in the first degree after a 6-year-old was reportedly sexually assaulted by a neighbor on Willow Drive on June 18.
