St. Charles Man Faces Charges for Possessing Shotgun

St. Charles Police said the man was convicted of unlawful possession of a firearm in 2000.

A St. Charles man faces criminal charges for possessing a firearm.

The St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office on Feb. 19 charged Jordan Plank, 33, of the 100 block of McDonough Street in St. Charles, with unlawful possession of a firearm.

St. Charles Police said Plank had a Benelli Urbino 12-gauge shotgun on or about Feb. 17. He was convicted of a felony, unlawful possession of a firearm, on April 24, 2000 and is not permitted to possess a firearm.

Plank posted a $20,000 bond Feb 20 and was released from jail.
