St. Charles Police Reports Jan. 23-24
Tires, wheels, air compressor stolen from Woodlawn Drive home.

Thefts on Woodlawn Drive
Someone stole a set of tires and wheels from a shed outside a residence on Woodlawn Drive. The theft took place sometime between noon Jan. 23 and 7 a.m. Jan. 24.
The wheels were18-inch Yukon factory aluminum wheels. Also stolen was a five-gallon gasoline can and gasoline. The items were valued at $850.

At the same time the wheels were reported stolen, a Rowland gas-operated air compressor also was reported stolen from a Woodlawn Drive home. This theft occurred between 10 p.m. Jan. 6 and 8 a.m. Jan. 7. The compressor was valued at $1,000.

On Jan. 23, a radar detector was reported stolen from an unlocked truck on Elmhurst Drive sometime between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Jan. 21. The detector is valued at $400.
Tools were reported stolen from a pickup truck with an unlocked camper shell on Howell Street at about 2:50 a.m. Jan. 24. The tools were valued at $145.
Police arrested a person for stealing a bongo drum on Ameristar Boulevard set at 3:55 a.m. Jan. 24. The suspect had given the victim a ride to the store and then stole the victim's keys and took the drums from his car. The drums are valued at $50.
A victim reported ladders were stolen from the side of a home on Hawthorne Avenue between 10 a.m. Jan. 23 and 11:13 Jan. 24. The ladders were valued at $1,525.
An iPod, cell phones and sunglasses were reported stolen from a car parked on South Pam Avenue between 7 a.m. Jan. 23 and 11:20 a.m. Jan. 23. The items were valued at $715.
Burglary
A juvenile was caught forcing his way into a mobile home on Dexter Drive at 10:10 a.m. Jan. 24.
Assault
Police responded to a domestic assault at Trails of Sunbrook at 11 p.m. Jan. 23.
Driving while revoked
Police arrested a suspect for driving while their license was revoked or suspended and for driving without insurance at 7:23 p.m. Jan. 23 on Dardenne Street.
