St. Charles West Seniors Say Farewell

The gymnasium at St. Charles West High School was crowded on a sunny Sunday afternoon, as parents and family members gathered to watch the graduating class of 2011 receive their diplomas.

Facts about the Class of 2011

• 207 students graduated
• The class of 2011 earned more than $4.3 million dollars in scholarship money.
• 13 students qualified for Bright Flight Scholarship

• 89 percent of senior class is furthering their education in a technical school, community college or four-year university.

• 3 percent are joining the  military.
• 8 students were named valedictorian.

• 24 students graduating with high academic honors.
• 34 students graduating with honors.
